Two years ago the exhibition Street Art, Sweet Art took place in Milan at PAC. Now this city is preparing for Urbanpainting Xmas Show - Pure italian street art with a special taste! ! ! A nice Christmas gift, a show with great perspectives, presenting 35 artists, old confirmations and new surprises. Each artist is preparing an original artwork for the exhibition, working in complete freedom of expression, without any constraints of style or theme.

Where is it going to happen? In Spazio Concept - Via Forcella 7, near Tortona, near the Navigli area and 100 meters walking from Subway MM2 Porta Genova. Opening is on Thursday 17 December at 7 pm. Thirty-one entries from the Italian scene, emerging youngsters and historical names of street art and writing, along with four foreign artists, to bring a little of Europe in Milan. Some of the most active artists in the Italian underground scene, many still working outdoor and confronting themselves in this special occasion with the world of contemporary art.

The show is an excellent opportunity to meet personally these artists, facing their signs and different styles. An unusual tension towards street art keeps them together, it’s a visceral spirit of adventure that generates pure adrenalin emotions.

A rich mapping operation, from stencil, to spray and brushes, through experimental materials such as pvc and paper. Curators’ choice to let artists produce ‘works as great as a wall’. Italian urban style, selected and brought into play on a defined and some way more controllable surface. Side by side, with respect, everyone to bring his contribution.

Streets are not just a stage, but a dense network of ties and affiliations, a place where you can breathe dirty and true air.
